- Event details — dates, guest counts, venue preferences and guest lists you enter while planning an event.
- Usage data — pages viewed and actions taken, used to diagnose faults and improve the service.
How we use it
We use your information to operate the service: matching you with venues, sending invitations you have asked us to send, processing bookings, and contacting you about your events. We do not sell your personal information.
Google account data
If you connect a Google account, we request only the narrow permission needed to create and update the specific files our service generates on your behalf. We do not read, modify or delete any other file in your Google Drive. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google account security settings.
Sharing
We share information with venues and vendors only as needed to fulfil a booking you have requested. We may disclose information where required by law.
Retention
Event and account data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us, and we will remove your data within 30 days unless we are required to retain it.
Your choices
You can review or correct your account information from your profile page, export your event data, or ask us to close your account and delete the associated records.
