These terms govern your use of Party Online Hub. By creating an account or booking through the service you agree to them.
The service
Party Online Hub helps you compare venues, arrange vendors and manage guest lists. We act as an intermediary between you and the venues or vendors you book; the contract for the event itself is between you and that provider.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Bookings and payment
Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. Deposits and cancellation windows vary by venue and are shown before you confirm. Cancellations outside the stated window may be non-refundable.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
- Do not upload guest data you have no right to share.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the booking concerned. We are not liable for the conduct of independent venues or vendors.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised date; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
